I like the idea so much. Your hydrangeas are beautiful! I agree, a different shaped bowl. What kind of sugar did you use? Just wondering. We can do this!!!!!

I used the crystalized sugar that the recipe suggested. Over the course of doing it, I realized that I need a pastry brush and a wire rack to make it more even...

Now Chris has to eat a bunch of pears!
