I found and ordered my dress on November 29th. That was less than 3 weeks ago. I was told that it would arrive in March or April. It came in today!
I don't know what happened, but I did have an email exchange with the folks at Sophia Tolli about jewelry. Could that have had something to do with it?
Now the conundrum is how and when to pick it up. We're going through Portland tomorrow on our way home for the holidays, but Charlotte's Bridal is closed tomorrow. They'll be open Friday at 11, but by that time we should be well on our way to California. Aagh! What to do?

My dress took less time than expected as well, but I waited for about 1 1/2 months before I went and picked it up. (It was a seemingly hard task finding a time where my mum and I could go between work, school and the salon's hours!) So maybe phone the salon and ask if they can keep it for a week or two longer than anticipated, for you're busy.

I'm thrilled. It sounds like Charlotte's may open tomorrow morning for a couple of hours, so I might be able to pick it up then.
We're having a bit of a weather situation here right now. Washingtonians don't deal very well with snow, and it's snowed a couple of inches in the city.
It's going to involve some talent getting out of here. Right now people are abandoning their cars in the middle of the streets :O
I miss Tahoe, where people know how to deal with snow!
